Feedback

You can provide feedback on the features and user interface of the Members Portal.

Click "Feedback" from the left navigation menu, and the feedback form screen will open. Please enter the following items:

  • Type: Please select the one that applies to the type of feedback.
  • Feedback content: Please enter the specific content of the feedback.
  • Reference link URL (optional): If there is a URL for the screen that is the subject of feedback or other reference links, please enter it.

When you click "Submit", the feedback will be sent with the entered content.

For urgent feedback or when a reply is needed​

If you need a reply from us or if it is urgent, please contact us from the Contact Us of the Members Portal.
