Members Invoice

From the portal site, you can download the invoice for the Members service.

This function can be used by power users or Members users with the following authority.

  • Invoice Downloader

Invoice List​

Displays a list of invoices for the applicable month.

Invoice Total​

Displays the total invoice amount for the applicable month by currency code.

CSV Export​

You can download all invoices for the applicable month exported in CSV format.

Individual Download​

You can download the selected invoice PDF files bundled in ZIP format. Invoices are issued for each project as a rule.

Monthly Bulk Download​

You can download all invoices for the applicable month bundled in ZIP format.

Target Month​

By switching the year and month, you can check and download invoices for a specific past year and month.

The invoice download function supports invoices for March 2024 and later.

The retention period for invoices is 7 years. For example, if you access the system in March 2037, only invoices issued after April 2030 will be stored. Invoices should be downloaded each time they are needed.
