Frequently Asked Questions
Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. If the problem persists, please contact us at Contact Us.
What is an organization?
In the Member's Portal, every AWS account, project, and user account belongs to an organization. From a user account, you can see information about projects and AWS accounts in the organization to which the user belongs.
In general, the organization corresponds to the legal entity, etc. of the contract.
What is a project?
The billing of usage fees for several AWS accounts is done collectively, and the unit that collects them is the project. Invoices will be issued for the project. Please refer to here for details.

See the password-reset entry.
Charges have been delayed
The Member's Portal calculates the usage fee based on the billing report issued by AWS, and due to the limitation of the timing of the billing report issued by AWS and the calculation of the usage fee on the Member's Portal, the fee information that can be referred to on the Member's Portal is usually one to one and a half days in advance. Please note that the "Last Updated" on the members' portal means the date and time of our aggregation work, and not all charges up to and including the date and time of aggregation are shown. In addition, if there is a delay in the issuance of billing reports from AWS, there may be a greater than normal delay in the display of charges on the Members Portal.
Doesn't match the fee displayed in the AWS Management Console
Due to the specifics of the members' service, the cost displayed in the Members portal and the one displayed in AWS Management Console doesn't match. For this reason, please refer to the Members' Portal to confirm your accurate cost and usage (quantity). Membership billing is based on the amount shown on the members' portal.
I'm being charged before I can start using it
These are the AWS charges when we apply the standard configuration of Member's service to your new account and are essential to the correct use of Member's service, so please accept them.
Is sales tax included in the price
The fees shown on the Members' Portal are non-taxable and do not include sales tax. Please check your invoice for consumption tax.
What is a custom tag
A custom tag is a function that allows you to set an arbitrary value for a dedicated "CmBillingGroup" tag for each EC2 instance, etc., and check the usage fee ratio, etc. by classifying the tag value. For example, you can set up custom tags for production and test environments to check the usage fee ratio, or you can set up custom tags for each service to check the usage fee ratio when you are running multiple services.
How do I put up a custom tag
