Sign In

To use the Members Portal, you need a Classmethod ID username (email address) and password that belongs to an organization. For more details, please see About Classmethod ID.

When you click the "Sign in with Classmethod ID" button on the Members Portal sign-in screen, you will be redirected to the Classmethod ID login screen.

Enter your "Email" and "Password" in the respective fields and click the "Login" button. If the login is successful, you will be returned to the Members Portal screen. If you have not yet registered your Classmethod ID, please see Classmethod ID New Registration and sign up separately.

If this is your first time using the Members Portal, please also refer to the Portal Operation Guide as needed.

Sign-in ID​

The email address you set when registering your Classmethod ID will be your sign-in ID.

Password​

The password you set when registering your Classmethod ID will be your password. For the password change procedure, please see Password.

Password Reset​

Please click the "Forgot your password" link from the Classmethod ID Login Screen.

You will be redirected to the password reset screen, so enter the email address of the user you want to reset the password for and click the "Send Password Reset Email" button. A password reset guide email will be sent to the email address you entered, so please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

If you cannot reset your password for reasons such as not knowing your email address, please contact the email address listed in When You Can't Use Contact Us.

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)​

You can use MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) for Classmethod ID login. For more details, please see MFA Management.

Sign-in Expiration​

You will need to sign in again after 24 hours have passed since your last sign-in.

Sign Out​

Please select Sign Out from the Profile Dropdown at the top right of the Navigation Bar.

When you sign out of the Members Portal, your Classmethod ID will be logged out, and you will be taken to the sign-in screen.
